Following consultation with the local City Council, the Limerick Classic & Vintage Car Club are pleased to announce that the 2nd Limerick Grand Prix commemoration will be held on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th September.
The event will again be based in Pery Square close to the city centre which is where scrutiny was carried out for the original races. Similar to last year, the Pre 1940 sports and racing cars will complete a couple of laps through the city streets following the route of the original race. We shall also be putting on a display of photographs, memorabilia and video footage from both last year's event and of the original races (including some previously unseen footage).
